This policy explains what information Travra ("we", "our", "the app") collects when you use the Travra mobile app, and how it's used, stored, and shared.
Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and the password you set (stored securely by our authentication provider, Firebase Authentication — we never see or store your password in plain text), along with the username, display name, bio, and profile photo you choose to add. You can also browse Travra as a guest without an account; guest sessions don't collect any account information.
Location. With your permission, we collect your device's precise location to show you nearby places and to tag the location of memories you post. You can decline location access and still use most of the app.
Photos and content you post. Photos, captions, and comments you choose to post ("memories") are stored and shown to other users as part of the app's core functionality. We request camera and photo library access only to let you capture or select a photo to post.
Usage and social data. We store the follows, likes, saves, and collections you create so the app can function — for example, showing your follower count or the places you've saved.
Device and push notification data. If you enable notifications, we store a device push token so we can deliver notifications about likes, follows, and comments.
Crash and diagnostic data. We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports and diagnostic logs (such as device model, OS version, and the app state at the time of a crash) so we can find and fix bugs. We do not use any advertising SDKs, and we do not use analytics for behavioral tracking or advertising purposes.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Travra lets you report a memory, a comment, or a user you believe violates our Terms of Service, and to block a user so you no longer see their content. Reports are reviewed by the Travra team; we do not automatically notify the reported user of who filed a report.
You can edit or delete your own content, and unfollow, unblock, or stop following any place or user at any time within the app. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at the email below — we'll process your request within a reasonable time.
Travra is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
